How do I access a weekly BBP workshop? http://www.beyondbulletpoints.com/public/department743.cfm Subscribers can view past workshops in the video archives here: http://www.beyondbulletpoints.com/public/department72.cfm Click on the title of a workshop to visit a page with a detailed description of its contents. For videos or past recordings, click the link at the bottom of the page to launch the video. A new browser will open and play the Flash video recording. We use Acrobat Connect to host the videos - most web browsers should be able to play these videos. For upcoming live workshops, click on the link at the bottom of the page on the day of the workshop - we are usually in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start time. When you click the meeting link, Acrobat Connect will open a new browser that displays the meeting. If you get a notice to install the Acrobat add-in click the link to install it. It should take just a few moments. After you join the meeting room, you automatically should get a pop-up window that asks you to input your phone number. After you input your number, click "Call my Phone," and the workshop service will call your number - once you pick up the line you are now connected. If you do not get the pop up window, then select your own name in the Attendee List, click the yellow phone icon, then choose Call Me.
