Consulting with BBP in a Corporate Context

Jan 29, 2010

If you work within a corporation, or consult for one, introducing and using BBP can be a way to deliver big value. But it can also present challenges, for example:

-What should you do if your client doesn't totally "get" the value of the BBP approach? -How do you handle it if your client wants to change the core BBP structure? -What should you do if the consulting process seems to start to get out of control?

My special guest Diane works at a large technology company where she has been pioneering the use of BBP with senior executives. During the session I'll interview Diane about the work she has been doing, the challenges she faces, and obstacles she has overcome. If we have time, we'll talk about presentations she has helped develop, and how we can take them to the next level.

Join us at this weekly workshop at 9am Pacific on Friday January 29th

Consulting with BBP in a Corporate Context - Part 2

Feb 11, 2010

Join us at this weekly workshop for part 2 of "Consulting with BBP in a Corporate Context" at 9am Pacific on Thursday February 11th.

After we finish up some loose ends from Part 1 of our conversation, we'll take questions from you about issues and obstacles you face when you consult with BBP.
